10 Client Deliverables In support of the accomplishment of the goals of our private financial planning clients, we have ten items we deliver consistently. 
1. Financial Roadmap © A complete and thorough periodic update of you financial road map (focus on values, goals, and benchmarking of progress) Update requirement numbers in planWritten plan for cash reservesWritten plan for each individual financial assetWritten plan for each goalWritten plan for estateWritten plan for the right kinds and ammounts of insurance
2. Implementation PlanDelivery of your updated implementation plan which summarizes your financial plan into a simple chronological list of action steps required to create the greatest probability that you will stay on track with your financial plan over the years. 3. Progress Reports Delivery of quarterly progress reports to you. This simple summary of your assets is designed to show you the progress you are making benchmarked against the goals you have set for yourself. 4. Progress Meetings
We schedule our progress meetings in advance for each year and meet with you to discuss what is important to you, our strategy going forward, and how we can help support you in pursuing the life you want. 5. Income Tax PlanningAt the end of each year, we will do serious income tax planning for you with two objectives in mind: Seeking ways to reduce taxes. Making sure there are no surprises in April.
6. Estate Planning Coordination We help assure a solid estate plan by reviewing:How your assets are owned. For example if you have trusts, we make sure the right assets are in them.Check beneficiaries for insurance policies, retirement accounts and/or will and trusts.
7. Goals We commit to contacting you proactively prior to every goal date you have established to give you the "game plan" for the accomplishment of each of your goals. 8. Cash & Debt Management We work with you to establish adequate cash reserves to handle financial issues that come up in life. This involves establishing a debt elimination plan as well as assistance with a major purchase assistance. For example, when it's time to buy a car, we want to help make sure you get a good deal on the price and we will make a recommendation as to the smartest way to pay for it. Buying or refinancing a house or any other major purchase would trigger additional help from us. 9. Insurance Review Review every kind of insurance annually. Recommend the right kinds and amounts of insuranceMake sure there are no coverage gaps which might endanger the financial plan; andSee what if anything can be done to reduce premiums.
10. Wealth Management Team Access to our high-level team of advisors in areas of mortgage planning, life, health, & disability insurance, business insurance and workman's compensation, property and casualty insurance, real estate, trust attorney, CPA®, and tax advisory.
